This recently opened Vietnamese restaurant in Victoria Street is well worth a visit. The prices are slightly lower than average for the area (which are incredibly low to start with), and the food has not become tired and formulaic. The soups have suitably complex stocks, and many of the dishes show a freshness and attention that has wilted in some of its neighbours in the same stretch. Thanh Ha | ||||||||||||
