An hour or so spent at this market on a Saturday morning is a great way to relax into the weekend.

Sydney’s Paddys Markets Haymarket

This is Sydney's best-known market and and one of the longest established. In a large indoor setting on the edge of Chinatown and on the tourist tram route you will find stalls selling all manner of wares and produce. On the upper floors of the same building you will find food halls and a large number of variety shops. We at White Hat have shopped at this maket many times over the years and have been as delighted with the things that remain the same as we have with the the new additions.

The Rocks Markets by Moonlight

White Hat can particularly recommend The Rocks Markets by Moonlight on Friday nights in November as a great way to wind down after a week's work. Apart from the market there is always live entertainment. November nights in Sydney are usually balmy, but if they are not they Rocks Market is well covered with sails and there plenty of watering holes where you can eat and drink and soak up the atmosphere.
