The White Hat Guide to Mission Beach
The photographs above were taken in November 2006 when White hat stayed at Sanctuary Retreat. As Mission Beach was where the recent cyclone crossed the Queensland coast in February 2011, we are unsure of the status of the area other than to be sure that it has suffered major damage. We extend our sympathy to the owners and, should they decide to repair and rebuild, White Hat urges you to consider this affordable eco-tourism retreat as a destination in the future.
