Sinclair's Cottage was built for the chief gardener, James Sinclair, and is occasionally open to the public.

Cooks' Cottage

The Conservatory has displays throughout the year featuring Hydrangea/Fuchsia (Nov-Feb), tuberous Begonia (Feb-Apr), Tropical/Poinsettia (Apr-Jul), Cineraria/Cyclamen (Jul-Sep) and Schizanthus/Calceolaria (Sep-Nov). It was donated to the people of Melbourne by 'Mac' Robertson.

The and Pavilion Restaurant and kiosk used to be formal tea rooms.

Old Bandstand Rotunda and Temple of the Winds Rotunda.

Free Guided Tour of Fitzroy Gardens
A free one hour guided walking tour through this formal garden highlighting its rich history. Bookings are not required. The tour leaves from the Information Centre in the gardens.
