Mount Isa Community Markets

The Mount Isa Community Market supports local community services and all the money that is raised, is given to different local charities in the area. The room is donated by the Overlander Hotel so why not make it a Sunday outing by having lunch at the hotel before or after you browse the market. Apart from an array of products, including some hand made by locals, you might find some interesting offerings from out of town travellers who are welcome to hire a table at a reasonable price. (White Hat suggests that might be a useful way to offload that stuff you're never going to use that your partner bought at previous markets down the road.)
