The Bentleigh Sunday Market is run by the Rotary Club of Bentleigh Moorabbin Central. Since 1977, over $1.7 million has been raised to support local charities and Rotary Projects. There are about 150 stalls available, where you will find plants, clothing, cosmetics, jewellery, books, videos, tools, toys, crafts, pre loved goods, and more! Located at the Bentleigh railway station car park, Bent Street, opposite Coles supermarket. Casual and regular Stallholders wanted. Have your garage sale here! Brimbank Community Market
Brimbank Community Market.is a privately owned Australian company and aims is to develop the site in Ardeer into an iconic attraction, a valuable addition to the western suburbs. It is more than a traditional weekend market. The stalls are an attraction in their own right and provide a great atmosphere where patrons will find products and services only found at weekend markets, the market will also have a huge area devoted to entertainment, with a circus, amusements, children's play area, a traditional sumo wrestling ring and other entertainment.
The main objective is to provide an environment where the whole family will find something to enjoy. The entertainment and community involvement will be varied and ongoing and it is hoped that each time you visit the market you will find something new and exciting. Currently planned events include Sumo Wrestling, Dart Competitions, Basket Ball, Football and soccer shoot outs, Tug of war, Cooking competitions, Traditional folk dancing and Musical Entertainment
Brimbank Community Market would welcome community groups, and the general public to participate in the events and competitions they organise.
